Leach: Hey, do you know how to get to Lubbock?
Taylor: You gotta take 61 up to 23.
Leach: Hey, Dillon East, right? You’re the coach at Dillon East. You’ve lost your inner pirate. Uh, have you ever heard swing your sword? You’re supposed to swing your sword like this, but you’re swinging yours like this. You’ve got to find your inner pirate. A lot of times things just happen for a reason. We don’t know why God wants it that way, but you can’t make the best out of it until you get back your inner pirate. You might be the luckiest man alive and not even know it.

Billy: Every time she farts she’s thinking that her waters breaking or that she’s having contractions. So back off

In the school cafeteria
Eric: Can I talk to you for a minute
Landry: I don’t know what’s going on with my football players but
Inerd your help to get them together.
(Landry interrupts Eric)
L:Why did you forfeit the game, coach
E: sorry?
L; I said why did you forfeit the game
E: I heard your question
L: Do.. Whe.. Your going you answer that cause I don’t understand
E: Let me tell you something, I don’t have to explain my decisions to
you, Landry do you understand me
L: well I can explain it to you, everyone gave absolutely everything
they have out there and you just quit on us. I don’t know if you
really know what that feels like but it’s not a very good feeling. I’m
done and everyone else is done.
E:Hé, hé Landry

End scene with Coach and Tami, after she tells Eric about the satisfaction she got from standing up to Joe McCoy and his crew:

Tami: I got that goin’ for me … and wine.

Coach Taylor to Lions on field: I’m asking you Right here. Right now to allow me to help you finish that fight.

What else did I miss?

    Here’s a couple:

    Riggins on field w/Coach:

Riggins (to Coach): Uh, you look different

    Coach: It’s the color.

Riggins: Yeah, it’s a pretty red.

Tami: I got that goin’ for me … and wine.

And then there’s the Mike Leach “Finding Your Inner Pirate” scene which was both quirky and very foreboding.
