Some clarification as a Massachusetts native: the city is pronounced “Wooster” not “War-chester”.
Worcester native Alicia Witt is in the premiere of the new season of “Friday Night Lights” at 8 tonight on NBC.
The actress and singer has a recurring role in the drama series, set in a small town where life revolves around the high school football team.
Later this month, Witt will have a live singing appearance on “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.”
