I just high-fived myself reading this. Spoilerish, beware.
Question: I’m really happy that so many of the original cast members are coming back for the final season of Friday Night Lights. But what about Minka Kelly (Lyla)? —Isabellea
Ausiello: No plans for Minka to return, but if it’s any consolation Jesse Plemons has officially signed on for the finale!

The whole freakin world wants Tim and Lyla to end up together- did Minka miss the memo? I know she is busy trying to marry some baseball dude but seriously… no Lyla in the finale? That’s just rude and wrong- GET WITH THE PROGRAM!
