I haven’t received my 4th season DVDs yet — does it show Tami inviting all of them over for Thanksgiving?
I don’t have the DVDs yet either so I’m not sure…but that would definitely make sense! From what I’ve heard the Taylors show up to visit Stevie Riggins and bring some baby clothes and Mrs. Collette tells Tami that she hopes she gets to keep her job.
It’s always bugged me that the Riggins boys and Collette ladies would go to the Taylors on Thanksgiving, since they’re not really all that close — seemed like an excuse to get the cast together, — but even if Tami doesn’t outright ask them to go in this scene, at least it makes it somewhat more plausible.
My Season 4 DVDs arrived. The deleted scene doesn’t show the Taylors inviting the Riggins/Collette clan per se, but it does make their presence at the Taylor’s home for Thanksgiving make a lot more sense.
There are soooo many super cool deleted scenes! Just a tease, some of my personal faves are:
1) Eric not wanting to go to school on the first day of school at East Dillon,
2) Angry Necklace Guy and others doing laundry at the Taylor home!
3) Another Coach Traub scene that makes his hiring make a lot more sense,
4) A later AWKWARD Tami/Glenn scene,
5) A scene at the Turkey Farm!!
And much, much more.
Ah, looking forward to watching the deleted scenes… I live overseas so it’s gonna take a while for the DVDs to get here.
