I wanted to join the others already in saying thanks so much for the work you put in with the website and the podcast. This was a great source for all things FNL and certainly aided my enjoyment of the show since I got into a couple of years ago. I live in England too where the show sadly still isn’t too known so through your podcast too it was great to get another take on the show. The interviews you did for it were very much appreciated too. I’ll be keeping an eye on the Twitter page but thanks again, and best of luck with whatever comes next for you two.

the tim and billy fight is most certainly not I&W or Calexico for that matter. it’s sounds almost identical to ryan bingham except he has quite a bit more of a country twang to his voice. really breathy and rough. can’t for the life of me find any answers. if anybody has any other thoughts, they would be greatly appreciated

Michael – Saw it, loved it, TiVO’d it. I watched the last 10 minutes twice, and will watch it again. Congrats on winning state! I was so taken by the way the major storylines were wrapped up, and tickled to see where all the major players were the following year. One little hole was what happened to Braemore’s existing coach, but that’s for the imagination. Good luck with everything. Let’s hope for a sequel type of movie, showing how everyone’s doing years from now. Do you think Vince will eventually play again for Eric at a major college?

Love it! Receiving 4 major Emmy nominations on the eve of the season finale on NBC somehow makes re-watching it a little easier to take. Under the circumstances, it is really ending on an almost perfect note. And it’s nice to finally have confirmation from the Emmy electorate of what we all have known all along … that Friday Night Lights is one of THE finest shows in television.

The song when vince tours the campus is not “Opposite of Adults” by Chiddy Bang. I know that song and even checked the lyrics, in the song in the show the chorus goes “your a star, not yet but i feel just like one” and thats not in Opposite of Adults.

That doesn’t mean you won’t have problems further down the road, as it were. Therefore a whiplash claim should be considered as a safety step. In general whiplash claims have increased over the years, possibly due to better safety features in cars, where before injuries would have been more serious.
