Yes, judging by the kiss he’s leaning in for in that one pic, I’d say that sexual tension as well as a two-bedroom house is being built there. I can confirm that Matt Barr plays Ryan Lowry in those two episodes, which air January 13 and 20 on DirecTV. In addition to his run as ‘Harper’s Island’s’ Sully, Barr recently guest-starred on NBC’s ‘Trauma’ – which is exec-produced by ‘FNL’ creator Peter Berg.
